Honestly I’d highly recommend! Tanner’s response time is IMMACULATE! I even texted him at 3 am and he replied within minutes. I mean truly impressive! The place was insanely clean, so beautiful, and everything you need Tanner has. You need beach chairs? Tanner’s got it! Our lock actually died (completely normal!) and Tanner ensured a spare was readily available. Laundry, dryer & detergent were readily available. Tanner went above and beyond to ensure my partner and I had an extremely comfortable stay. Will be rebooking!

From booking through check-out, Tanner was incredibly responsive and communicative. He provided clear directions for entry into the private gated community, which is conveniently located near the beach, local restaurants, and downtown San Juan.

The house had a great layout and plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our party of seven. The backyard was a highlight, featuring a perfectly sized pool and beautiful string lights that created a relaxing evening ambiance.

Whether taking a short walk to the beach or a quick five-minute drive, everything was easily accessible and close by. This home was a perfect fit for our family, and we would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first trip to Puerto Rico and I cannot recommend this air b n b enough if you are looking to be close to San Juan. Everything was as described, it was an amazing location easily walkable to the beach, but also easily walkable to food/coffee/desserts etc. We really loved the privacy of the wall, and the fenced in street access to the beach that did not make us feel like we were right on a busy street with small kids. The pool is small but so much fun for young kids. Everything was clean, modern, and had great space for our group (4 adults, 17 year old, 8 year old and 6 year old). If I needed anything I got a prompt response, with easy contactless check in and out. This was a perfect location for our 5 days on the east side of the island, and the local beach (Ocean Park Beach) was as beautiful and clean as all the beaches in Puerto Rico!
