The Space

Casa Island Life is a curated collection of modern-boho apartments of a boutique multifamily property located just steps from the beaches of San Juan.

Each unit is uniquely designed but shares the same signature aesthetic: warm woods, rattan textures, airy white interiors, lush greenery, and tropical touches inspired by Puerto Rico’s natural beauty.

A warm and inviting ground-floor studio designed for comfort, simplicity, and easy island living. This newly redesigned space features earthy bamboo accents, woven textures, and cozy furnishings that create a calm and relaxing retreat—perfect for solo travelers or couples.

Inside, the studio includes a comfortable sleeping area, a dining/work table, a smart TV, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The bamboo-style paneling and natural décor bring a soft, tropical feel to the space.

Guests also enjoy access to shared outdoor spaces, including a charming outdoor dining patio and our massive rooftop terrace with panoramic ocean and city views—ideal for sunrise coffee or sunset cocktails.

Guest Access

The guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well as the outdoor dining area and the rooftop. 

📍The property is located in a gated community. Simply tell the gate guard the address you are visiting, and they will let you through.

📍This property is located in the heart of San Juan. It is very centrally located, making it easy to use ride share apps, or taxis to get around. 

Other Things to Note

📌 Early Check in and late Check out are subject to availability. An additional fee of $15/hour will be applied if it can be accommodated. Our cleaning and management team work very hard to ensure a quality experience, so we appreciate your understanding. 

📌 Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. 

🇵🇷 Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States.

⚡ Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. 

🔋 This property has a backup cistern that can last up to a few days, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. 

📌 We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
