The Space

Casa Island Life is a curated collection of modern-boho coastal apartments located just steps from the beaches of San Juan.

Each unit is uniquely designed but shares the same signature aesthetic: warm woods, rattan textures, airy white interiors, lush greenery, and tropical touches inspired by Puerto Rico’s natural beauty.

THE GARDEN VILLA

Escape to this spacious 3-bedroom apartment designed with warm coastal textures, earthy tones, and tropical greenery that brings the outdoors in. Located on the first floor of our boutique Island Life property, this apartment offers an airy open layout with oversized windows, natural light, and plenty of room to relax.

The living room features cozy seating, curated décor, and a Smart TV for downtime after the beach. The dining area and dedicated workspace make the home ideal for families, groups, or remote workers. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need for cooking and longer stays.

Each bedroom includes soft linens, blackout curtains, and modern touches to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep. With two full bathrooms, getting ready for a day of exploring is a breeze.

Step outside to enjoy several shared outdoor spaces, including a tropical patio and a massive rooftop terrace with breathtaking ocean and city views. It’s perfect for sunrise coffee, sunbathing, or watching the sunset over the water.

The property is equipped with a backup generator, large water tank, and shared paid washer and dryer for comfort and reliability.

Located just one block from the ocean and within walking distance to Ocean Park Beach, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife, this is the perfect San Juan home base for your Puerto Rico adventure.

Guest Access

The guests will have access to the entire apartment, as well the outdoor dining area and the rooftop.

📍The house is located in a gated community. 

📍This property is very centrally located. There are beaches and restaurants that are within walking distance. Ride sharing services are also readily available. 

Other Things to Note

📌 Early Check in and late Check out are subject to availability. For requested Check in before 12pm, and for late Checkout requests after 12pm, an additional fee will be applied if it can be accommodated. Our cleaning and management team work very hard to ensure a quality experience, so we appreciate your understanding. 

📌 Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability. 

🇵🇷 Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States.

⚡Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. 

🔋This property has a backup cistern that can last up to a couple days, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. 

📌 We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
