This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. Enjoy your Puerto Rican getaway at the beach front condo 103. Located at the Vista Del Mar, which is located in a non-touristy neighborhood. Here you can enjoy the building's pool, access to a semi private beach, and stunning views of the local surf spot Kikita Beach.

This bright and spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open and kitchen with a stovetop, a 50" smart tv, and some of the best views Puerto Rico has to offer. The apartment is located in a condo building. There is a shared pool that you will have access to, along with 1 assigned parking spot. Kelisin, my cohost, along with myself live here on the island and are available to assist if a need arises. We have contactless checkin, but are often at the building. Feel free to ask us for local recommendations.

The Vista Del Mar is located in a local, friendly neighborhood. There is an excellent, oceanfront restaurant that is a 3 minute walk away. There are also a couple of local stores and bars within a 5 minute walk. The place is a 5 minute drive from the grocery store and town center. You can walk to local restaurants and bars, town center is a 5 minute drive.

There are a couple units on the 3rd floor that are being renovated. It is possible you may hear a little temporary noise or commotion during working hours. The building is older, so some of the tile in the unit is scuffed/ chipped. Please rest assured that the floor is despite some marks. This condo building is not a hotel or resort. It is located in a local neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.

Please also note that the water and power infrastructure on the island is not as stable as the States. Brief outages can happen occasionally, and unfortunately those situations are out of our control. Outages more than a couple hours are very rare.
